For over 17 illustrious years, Shanley has been the guiding force behind the scenes, bringing her unparalleled expertise to the world of performing arts school management. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Shanley's journey extends beyond the boardroom—she boasts a decade-long performing career that adds an extra layer of artistry to her leadership.

Shanley isn't just your average principal; she's a Level 4 sports-specific personal trainer a Level 3 Transformational Change coach & has a Level 3 Award in Education & Training. Her commitment to holistic development goes above and beyond, ensuring that every student not only excels in the performing arts but also nurtures their physical well-being and embraces transformative growth.

Her mission is crystal clear: to empower and encourage each aspiring artist to follow the beat of their own drum, carving a unique path in the world of performing arts.

MEGAN WATSON

The dynamic force ready to elevate your student experience! Megan's journey is nothing short of extraordinary – having honed her skills at Addict Dance Academy , she took a deliberate step back before discovering her true calling in teaching. Her passion for education is not just a profession; it's a purpose. Armed with a rich tapestry of experiences, Megan brings a unique blend of expertise. From her extensive training in Circus to dazzling audiences across two seasons in "Entertainment by the Sea," she's cultivated a versatile skill set that goes beyond the ordinary.

Megan's teaching prowess is not only grounded in knowledge but also fuelled by a genuine understanding of the student perspective. Having walked the path as a student herself, she is poised to guide you through the intricacies of theory while infusing vitality into your dance classes – especially commercial the technical aspects that make your skills shine.

Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her commitment to your growth is unwavering. Get ready for an immersive and inspiring educational journey, because with Megan, the adventure is about to begin!

JOSH JONES

Josh is not just a teacher; he's a dynamic force ready to challenge and inspire our students, pushing them beyond their comfort zones to ensure they are fully prepared for the exciting journey ahead after their time at Born To Perform College. Josh honed his skills at the renowned SLP College in Leeds, mastering the art of performance and honing his craft. Josh wowed audiences as the lead vocalist on so many occasions from the German Tour of the 12 Tenors Reunion, “Tenors of Rock”, “Legends of Rock”, "Born This Way" and "Smokey Joe’s Cafe".

He also played Dick Whittington in "Dick Whittington" (Wakefield Theatre Royal): Proving his versatility in the classic tale. Was the lead vocalist on Princess Cruises. Taking his incredible voice to the high seas and entertaining audiences on Princess Cruises. And that’s not all… Josh's voice resonated across Europe in an iconic musical journey, "Let It Be" as an European Tour Soloist.

CRISCHAELA MASON

Born in South Africa and raised in the vibrant city of Dubai, Crischaela's journey in the world of performing arts started at Scott and Lisa Marshall’s Diverse Choreography Performing Arts. It was here that she discovered her passion for performing and was inspired by her mentors to share her knowledge through teaching. Her dedication and talent led her to Laine Theatre Arts, where she not only trained but graduated with flying colors, earning a well-deserved distinction.

From flashmobs to pantomimes, Crischaela has graced various stages, enchanting audiences with her performances. Her melodious voice has become a regular feature at the renowned Archer Street in London. For the past three years, Crischaela has been an integral part of Performers College Birmingham, where she not only teaches Jazz and Musical Theatre but also lends her creative touch to choreography for end-of-year productions and in-house musicals.
Excitement is in the air as Crischaela eagerly looks forward to contributing her expertise to "Born to Perform"! Get ready for a journey filled with passion, talent, and the magic of performing arts.

SHENEA FAWZI-PERRIN

A distinguished 4-time Acro World Champion, a former elite gymnast, a celebrated AcroPad Athlete, and a co-founder of the renowned Acro Dance Mastery. Shenea’s passion for performance continues to burn brightly, and is thrilled to share she recently graced the set of a thrilling Netflix movie alongside some of the industry's most iconic talents, including luminaries such as Mark Wahlberg and Halle Berry.

In addition to her extraordinary performing career, she has been honoured to choreograph award-winning routines for the World Cup. Her expertise has been shared with students at esteemed institutions, schools, colleges, and academies, where she has had the privilege of nurturing the talents of the next generation. Shenea will undoubtedly continue to push the boundaries of excellence in the world of acro and dance.

Acro and Lyrical

ELLIE GORSKI

Ellie is a dancer, performer, choreographer, and teacher based in the Midlands. She graduated with a First-Class degree in Contemporary Dance before continuing her training with JME Dance Company in styles including jazz funk, hip hop, and heels.

Her credits include Soccer Aid 2025, Nickelodeon, Kylie on Show, Chappell Roan UK, Leeds Pride Main Stage, Area51 Entertainment, Camden Town Hall, Beach Fest Main Stage, Woodshrop Festival, Nottingham Pride, York Pride, O2 Academy Bournemouth, and Rescue Rooms Nottingham, alongside founding and directing The Movement Project, who have performed at festivals and events across the UK.

We are excited to see what a year with Ellie’s powerhouse energy will bring to Born to Perform College.

RICHARD MEREDiTH

Musical Theatre

Richard trained professionally in Musical Theatre with Trinity College London, achieving Professional Level Teacher and Performer status. He further honed his craft through LAMDA and other specialist courses before going on to star in the world premiere of 80’s Mania, the hit musical We Will Rock You, and The Best of Musicals in France, alongside appearances in London’s West End. His screen credits include Doctors, Casualty and Hustle.

Passionate about developing talent, Richard founded RSM Stage Academy in Wolverhampton – now a five-time Central England Prestige Award winner and CDMT-recognised school. For over 15 years, his students have performed at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Her Majesty’s Theatre, and the O2 Arena.

Alongside his teaching, Richard performs and releases music as Richard Stephen, mentoring UK and international artists and blending creativity with valuable industry insight. Now part of the Born To Perform College faculty, he is committed to inspiring, empowering, and preparing students for successful and fulfilling careers in the arts.

Sian scattergood

Sian is a dynamic and dedicated performing arts educator with over a decade of professional experience across dance, musical theatre, and vocal performance. She trained at Laine Theatre Arts and the University of Surrey, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Theatre and a Level 6 Diploma in Musical Theatre & Dance.

Sian has built a strong career as both a performer and educator. She spent five years as Principal at the PQA, where she produced large-scale musicals and developed inclusive, high-quality training for young performers. She has also worked as Head of Musical Theatre, Modern & Ballet, and as a Dance & Drama Teacher at Highfields School. Alongside teaching, she has worked extensively as a professional singer, performing across the UK in tribute shows, musicals, and live events.

Specialising in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz, Sian brings energy, passion, and a wealth of industry knowledge to every class. She is committed to nurturing talent, building confidence, and inspiring the next generation of performers to reach their full potential.
